The above downloadable form must be signed/confirmed by the club via email.  Please note that club competition scores are not being recorded by the CTSASA.

A minimum of 200 COMPETITION TARGETS (using CTSASA disciplines only) are required to obtain Dedicated Membership status and 200 COMPETITION TARGETS must be shot annually in order to retain Dedicated Membership status.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND SCORES, THANK YOU – PLEASE USE THE FORM AS PER ABOVE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PRACTICE SCORES CANNOT BE USED.  ONLY COMPETITION SCORES ARE ACCEPTED.

CTSASA CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITION SCORES

If you have shot CTSASA championships (remember you need 200 competition targets for Dedicated Membership status) you need to request your Dedicated Membership Certificate from the Executive Officer, Sarah Kalell.  Please email Sarah with your request – info@ctsasa.co.za

PLEASE NOTE!  The Dedicated Membership Certificate must be signed by a Commissioner of Oaths – please allow for 2 to 3 days for this.
