The above downloadable form must be signed/confirmed by the club via email. Please note that club competition scores are not being recorded by the CTSASA.
A minimum of 200 COMPETITION TARGETS (using CTSASA disciplines only) are required to obtain Dedicated Membership status and 200 COMPETITION TARGETS must be shot annually in order to retain Dedicated Membership status.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PRACTICE SCORES CANNOT BE USED. ONLY COMPETITION SCORES ARE ACCEPTED.

If you have shot CTSASA championships (remember you need 200 competition targets for Dedicated Membership status), please follow this procedure:
