The CTSASA is affiliated to CHASA (the Confederation of Hunting Associations of South Africa) and we can therefore offer our members an additional service of becoming a Dedicated Hunter for the purpose of supporting firearm licence applications.

To transfer current Dedicated Hunter status : If you already hold Dedicated Hunter status and wish to transfer, please use this form Dedicated Hunter Transfer to CTSASA Please note that in order to transfer status your Dedicated Hunter status must be up to date for the current year. There will be a nominal charge per year for maintaining the Dedicated Hunter status (currently R250 for 2025).
Submit Yearly Report to Maintain Dedicated Hunter Status : Dedicated Hunter Annual Report : this report is for your annual report of hunting activities to maintain your Dedicated Hunter status.
